How to skip my upcoming shipment schedule?Updated a month ago

Amending your Active Coffee Subscription

  1. Navigate your cursor to the top right corner of the screen and select the icon resembling a person.
  2. Next, log in to your account.
  3. Click "Manage Subscription"
  4. On the lower left of the screen, click "skip shipment"
  5. You will see a message indicating that your upcoming shipment will be skipped and will show the date of your next scheduled shipment.
  6. Click "skip" to confirm
  7. A pop-up message will appear confirming that you have successfully skipped your shipment.
