Returning unused hardware

We will gladly issue a refund for any unopened, unused hardware that is returned to us in its original packing. We regret that we cannot accept returns of used products if you have changed your mind after opening and using them. This also applies to coffee machines. Email our helpful Customer Service Team at [email protected] if you need to return an item from your equipment order.

Faulty and damaged hardware (excludes Sage machines)

Please contact our Customer Service Team at [email protected] if any of your equipment develops a fault or arrives damaged. If possible, please include a video of the issue if it's a fault, or a photo of the damage to help us assist you.

Faulty or damaged Sage machines

If you have purchased a Sage machine from us, please contact the Customer Service team at Sage Appliances so that a case can be opened for your problem and it can be resolved directly.
