How do I Cancel or Re-activate my Subscription?Updated a day ago

Cancelling Subscription

  1. Navigate your cursor to the top right corner of the screen and select the icon resembling a person.
  2. Next, log in to your account.
  3. Click "Manage Subscription"
  4. Scroll down and click the "cancel subscription" button
  5. Click the "cancel" button to proceed
  6. Select the reason for cancelling your subscription and click next
  7. Click cancel subscription, help and share with us why you're deciding to cancel your subscription
  8. And finally, click "cancel subscription" 

*Note: If you decide to cancel all active subscriptions, please note that we won't dispatch any further coffee until you initiate or reactivate a new subscription. 


Reactivating Subscription

  1. Navigate your cursor to the top right corner of the screen and select the icon resembling a person.
  2. Next, log in to your account.
  3. Click "Manage Subscription"
  4. Scroll down and click the "re-activate" button
  5. A pop-up message will show "Updates saved successfully".
