How do I Cancel or Re-activate my Subscription?Updated a day ago
Cancelling Subscription
- Navigate your cursor to the top right corner of the screen and select the icon resembling a person.
- Next, log in to your account.
- Click "Manage Subscription"
- Scroll down and click the "cancel subscription" button
- Click the "cancel" button to proceed
- Select the reason for cancelling your subscription and click next
- Click cancel subscription, help and share with us why you're deciding to cancel your subscription
- And finally, click "cancel subscription"
*Note: If you decide to cancel all active subscriptions, please note that we won't dispatch any further coffee until you initiate or reactivate a new subscription.
Reactivating Subscription
- Navigate your cursor to the top right corner of the screen and select the icon resembling a person.
- Next, log in to your account.
- Click "Manage Subscription"
- Scroll down and click the "re-activate" button
- A pop-up message will show "Updates saved successfully".
