How to amend or swap products from my Subscription?Updated a year ago
Amending your Active Coffee Subscription
- Navigate your cursor to the top right corner of the screen and select the icon resembling a person.
- Next, log in to your account.
- Click "Manage Subscription"
- Go to "Products"
- You can now adjust the quantity and variants of your current active product and click update.
Swapping your current active coffee to another coffee.
- Navigate your cursor to the top right corner of the screen and select the icon resembling a person.
- Next, log in to your account.
- Click "Manage Subscription"
- Go to "Products"
- Scroll down and click the swap product button
- After choosing your preferred coffee, and adjusting the quantity and variants, simply click the 'Swap Product' button to finalise the replacement.
