How to amend or swap products from my Subscription?Updated a month ago

Amending your Active Coffee Subscription

  1. Navigate your cursor to the top right corner of the screen and select the icon resembling a person.
  2. Next, log in to your account.
  3. Click "Manage Subscription"
  4. Go to "Products"
  5. You can now adjust the quantity and variants of your current active product and click update.


Swapping your current active coffee to another coffee.

  1. Navigate your cursor to the top right corner of the screen and select the icon resembling a person.
  2. Next, log in to your account.
  3. Click "Manage Subscription"
  4. Go to "Products"
  5. Scroll down and click the swap product button
  6. After choosing your preferred coffee, and adjusting the quantity and variants, simply click the 'Swap Product' button to finalise the replacement.
