My coffee isn't flowing properly through my machine.Updated 23 days ago

This affects a small percentage of customers and is usually an easy fix. 

Try:

1. Use slightly less coffee in the basket and overfilling can choke the machine

2. On your next order, select the Aeropress/Moka pot grind - it's coarser and flows more easily in most machines

If the flow is fine but the taste still isn't quite right, it may be worth experimenting with your water-to-coffee ratio. Still stuck? Email [email protected] and we can arrange a replacement grind.
