Can I still Change my Order?Updated a year ago
For orders that haven't been processed by our roastery yet, we're delighted to help and replace them with the coffee you prefer. Once an order has been processed and shipped, though, we're unable to make changes or replacements.
Nevertheless, you have the option to send back the coffee to us (with shipping costs covered by you), and once we've successfully received the return at our roastery, we'll happily send out the preferred coffee free of charge.
