How can I cancel my Order?Updated 10 days ago

To cancel an order, log into your Balance Coffee account and select the relevant order. If it hasn’t yet been dispatched, you’ll be able to cancel directly. Once an order has shipped, please contact us immediately and we’ll advise you on the returns process. Similarly, if you need to edit your delivery details such as address or phone number, you can update these in your account before dispatch.
