I entered the wrong shipping address, what should I do?Updated 9 days ago

If your order has not yet been processed and shipped by our roastery, we can update the shipping address to ensure it reaches the correct destination. Once the order has been dispatched and you’ve received tracking information via email, we’re unable to make changes to the address. 

To avoid issues, please double‑check your shipping details before completing checkout, especially if you’re sending a gift. After placing an order, the system allows up to one hour for any changes, simply contact our Customer Care Team within that timeframe and we’ll be glad to help.
